SHIPPING 

Do you ship internationally? 

Yes can ship to most countries for orders over Ten units and subject to no sanctions in destination country. 

 

How long does shipping take? 

We dispatch with 3 - 4 working days after payment has been made. Delivery time is dependent on many factors, such as customs and delivery method.

 

Will I be charged for taxes?

The relevant taxes and duties are to be paid in accordance with local rules and regulations

RETURNS

What is your returns policy? 

Faulty goods can be returned at point of delivery, but may subject to handling and delivery charges.

 

Do you refund?

We only offer refunds on equipment that has not been used or fitted. Faulty items will be repaired or replaced whichever option is suitable to the equipment type supplied.

PAYMENT

What forms of payments do you accept? 

We accept BACS, CHAPS, CHEQUE, PAYPAL or LEASE TO BUY options are available from 12 months to 60 months.

(Cash with a signed declaration from customer)

Good are only delivered / installed after full payment received.

WARRANTY

What are your warranty terms & conditions?

All equipment has  12 months including parts and labour,  when used in accordance to manufacturer instructions.

There are some equipment warranties that are longer when service and maintenance packages are purchased / agreed.
